Heritage stone when decorated on wall carries a15 years warranty guarantee when be installed according to the installing instruction of the factory (cement glue grouting).

Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective materials only (labor cost for remove or replace are excluded). Warranty does not cover damage resulting from building or wall settlement or chemical contact or damage on any purpose.

 

TECHNICAL SUGGESTIONS:

  1. Spread the stone pieces over the designed area in order to familiarize the proper shapes.
  2. Start the installation from the corner toward the center and the bottom to the top. Avoid cutting and trimming the stones at the rim of windows or doors but using corner pieces forn proper nice looking
  3. Heritage morta using for installation of heritage stones can be directly applied to untreated, unpainted masonry concrete or stucco but the installing area should be rough, free from paint, grease or light plastering. Repair imperfection area if necessary
  4. Spacing between each stones should be identical as possible (½ – ¼ inches). Consistency is the main factor determining the luxurious looking except for Ledgestency which is a tight-fitted and needs no grounting.
